Challenge: A company noted that new employees are unaware of how to create and modify diagrams in Microsoft Word. As this is an essential skill needed in many documents that are developed, the lack of skill is lessening the quality of the level of work expected by their new employees.

Solution: Create an instructor-led training to teach new employees how to create and modify diagrams in Microsoft Word.
